Professionally Research Fellow at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC: Institute for Nanoscience and Materials of Aragón – University of Zaragoza) in Spain. I have completed the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) ITN H2020 ED-ARCHMAT Ph.D. in cotutelle with the University of Burgos (Spain) and University of Evora (Portugal), achieving a great success: ‘PhD with the highest possible distinction in the Spanish academic system’ titled “SOBRESALIENTE CUM LAUDE”. I worked on another MSCA H2020 COFUND Ph.D. project – Tech4Culture at the University of Turin (Italy) back in 2018.
Currently I am a Research Fellow at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC: Institute for Nanoscience and Materials of Aragón – University of Zaragoza) in Spain. I have completed the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) ITN H2020 ED-ARCHMAT Ph.D. in cotutelle with the University of Burgos (Spain) and University of Evora (Portugal), achieving a great success: ‘PhD with the highest possible distinction in the Spanish academic system’ titled “SOBRESALIENTE CUM LAUDE". I worked on another MSCA H2020 COFUND Ph.D. project – Tech4Culture at the University of Turin (Italy) back in 2018.
Prior to that, I successfully accomplished Erasmus Mundus European Master in ARCHMAT, securing the highest possible distinction in the Italian system – ‘SUMMA CUM LAUDE’ that three universities awarded: University of Evora (Portugal), Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), and Sapienza Università di Roma (Italy). I completed my graduation (B.Sc. Engineering) and post-graduation (M.S. Engineering) from the Department of Applied Physics, Electronics & Communication Engineering (APECE), University of Chittagong, Bangladesh.
My research activity mainly focuses on materials for applications in energy and laser processing, the development of environmentally respectful industrially scalable laser processing methods, and the multi-analytical non-invasive approach to study objects of artistic and archeological interest.
I am also the current President (Ad Interim) of the Erasmus Mundus Association (EMA). Apart from my study & research activities, I have been involved with EMA in different prestigious volunteering roles since 2015. I volunteered as the Country Representative for Bangladesh for four consecutive years, two years as the Vice President for EMA South Asian Chapter, two years as the CRNet (Country Representative Network) Manager, and one year as the elected Vice President of the association. During my tenure, I achieved success in a high number of EMA events, including three notable EMA humanitarian projects done in the name of EMA Bangladesh.
As EMA’s President (Ad Interim), I want to develop the EMA community as a global brand cum international spotlight, open up the possibilities for alumni involvement and worldwide outreach & visibility by “globally connected, locally skilled” vision.
In addition, I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures, working in different countries, keeping close contact with the locals, exchanging views for a better world for all, exploring new ideas to solve socio-global problems, and participating in social activities that benefit humanity the most.
I like to travel and experience different cultures, work in different countries keeping close contact with local people, love to exchange views for better planning, explore new ideas to solve social problems and enjoy a lot to read success stories.
In a word, I am a philosopher of study & life, a soldier of perfection & perseverance, a bearer of humanity & love…

Project Description and Objective:
Definition and Comparison of the state of the art conservation methods and their influence on selected archaeological museum stored artifacts. Evaluation of laser sample interaction, taking into account laser emission parameters and the physicochemical properties of the material under study. Establishment of laser tool selection criteria for decontamination/conservation of museum artifacts.
Comparison between laser-based methods and alternative tools. Development of a dynamic, automated, or semiautomated laser conservation methods for archaeological artifacts and samples.
Expected Results:
Advancing the understanding of laser interactions with archaeological objects of value. Develop practical criteria to apply lasers in CH conservation, particularly in the field of Archaeology and Palaeontology. Select problems associated with archaeological artifacts and CH material of historic value, according to their origin and use.
Develop skills necessary to select, operate safely, and apply lasers in CH and Archaeometry.

Objectives of the research:
Cultural Heritage can be adversely affected to a great extent by the deterioration process, due to the presence of hostile physical factors in the surrounding environment. The appropriate conservation strategy requires information related to the degradation of Art objects and the environmental pollution, to be monitored in order to understand the exact phenomena that occur on the Heritage arena. But monitoring systems are mostly expensive and therefore it is not possible to deploy many of them. Researchers are putting their effort to ensure the maximum utilization of different monitoring systems; it mostly depends on the decision algorithm for collecting the long-term data, and the upgraded data transmission network in order to confirm the stability of the system and the safety of the data. In this proposal, an improved decision algorithm based in situ monitoring system through the multi-sensor open sources technology will be proposed to support protecting the cultural heritage environment in terms of conservation, long-term monitoring and reducing the costs. It is expected that this decision algorithm will improve the monitoring systems performance significantly.
